Im gonna be using a s-afc II to manage my fuel, now about my timing, will turnin the distributor couple teeth or wutever be fine for how much boost? I dont really have money to invest into a msd btm, i just basicly want to know how much of a limit are adjustin my distributor, so my motor can run fine. looking for 6 psi daily and 10 psi max

What turbo?

Anyway, for 6psi, you can set you base timing back a couple degrees with a timing light...easy stuff. (Be sure to do it per the FSM...disconnect the TPS, set proper idle, set timing).

I'll assume that you're using 370cc injectors with that AFC...and if that's the case, then 10psi (unless your turbo is *tiny*) is pushing it...same goes for timing @ 10psi of boost.

Anything over ~240rwhp or so NEEDS better timing control.
