Have you ever ran that same MAF on a car before? if so and it worked then I would suspect wiring or a setting on the SAFC-2. If you can, try to switch MAFS with someone.

you may have done what I did when I first tried wiring in my safc.

I was looking at the wrong side of the plug when I was wiring. So all my connections were flipped backwards from left to right(thankfully I didn't end up doing anything bad).

when using the ecu pinout from Apexi, look at the harness on the side the wires are going into, not the side the plugs into the ecu. "Don't do what indy-don't-do does"

Maybe you just did a bad initial setup? or used the wrong MAF number.
