Hi all. I recently aquired my dads old 95 240. First S-14 sold in Arizona (Friend was Nissan wholesaler and affiliated with calsonic). I love the car and am in planning stages of rebuild. Starting with suspention. Have battleversion camber arms and poly bushing on way for starters.

My question is what are the widest wheels I can swing without fender mods. I'd like to run 17x9 but I don't know if they would fit the front. With a +40 offset in the rear it should fit but be tight. Ultimately I would like to run 235/40/17 I'm sticking with 17's as 18's seem to make a big jump in tire and wheel cost. I'm looking at kosei K-1 ts or Volk GT-P wheels among others.

Bear in mind this is going to be a sleeper with only the tires giving it away. No body work, stickers, big wings, s-15 conversions, loud mufflers, or any of that stuff. (12lb boosted fully built KA24 late this year early next) $9k engine build 350hp

9" up front is easy.

Use an offset in the +15 to +25 range...and it will fit, clear coilovers, and allow a decent tire.

I'm currently running 9", +22 all around...and have Kumho MX is 255/40-17 on all 4...no rubbing up front, rear fenders are rolled.

My race wheels/tires are 9", +25 with 235/40-17...they are a little small, IMO. 245/40-17 is a MUCH better fit. or 235/45-17...but that's getting to be a little tall-ish.
