S-13 KA cams in a S-14 Ka motor?

Ok, I usually get told to check the archives, which I always have trouble finding things there, so give me a break! I got a whole S13 motor and I have a 97 240SX that I recently blew the head gasket on and am in the middle of replacing, but am unsure, how well does this swap work, and is there anything else that needs to be done? do I have to have the cam journals resized? What else do I need to know to do this? Thanks!
