I was just writing here to say about the great experience I had with Ryno(http://www.ec-securehost.com/R....html). I had originally ordered BG 44K and BG Quick Clean for Engines, but I meant to order BG MOA inplace of the latter.

My package arrived yesterday and it had the Quick Clean and MOA in there(not the BG 44K like i ordered). So I called up Ryan(the guy in charge of Ryno) and explained my situation to him and how I ordered the Quick Clean instead of MOA and got the MOA instead of BG 44K. He was very understanding and more than happy to help. He eneded up telling me to just keep the MOA and Quick Clean and he would send me the BG 44K for no extra cost. His said since it was his fault he would basically give me the MOA for free.

So in result... I am very happy with the service that I recieved from them. They owned up to their mistake and even bit a chunk of profit(although small, still profit) to make things better. I strongly recommend them to all people here.

umm.... that is it. just wanted to give them a good word to everyone and get them a little business since they deserve it.

I've been very happy with their service as well. I recall being very impressed with how well they packaged their items and with how fast they got things out the door.
