RWD NX2000

Any thoughts on attempting a RWD Nx2000?
im not really considering it yet becuase of obvious problems like there not being a transmission tunnel, or room under the hood. But i was thinking it would be pretty awesome to have an s13 real axle assembly (the wheel base is less than 2 inches bigger than the NX) and use a rwd sr20 to top it off.
I understand its a stretch to get it done but im kind of looking for a project and this sounds unique
