I need to replace or repair my rusty fuel tank and to do so I need to remove it. ( duh ).  I'm sure it's pretty strait forward:  drain fuel, unscrew fuel lines and filler tubing, and unbolt tank from  the bed.  Is there anything I should keep in mind?  Any advice for repairing the fuel tank?  A friend told me that radiator shops can "Boil it out"  and re coat it, and that should stop the rust for good.
