I have a '91 rocketship, I mean Q, and I noticed the three fuel lines that come from the fuel tank are rusty. They are only rusty on the exposed areas under the car.

The car came from Boston and I has been in the NE it's entire life. I will be replacing the fuel lines very soon and will cover the exposed areas with rubber fuel lines. The length of the rubber lines from the factory are only 4". The new rubber will be at least 4 - 5 times as long.

In short, if your car has been exposed to harsh winter weather, check those fuel lines under the car.
