try this. take the other three lugs you got off, and tighten them back on, very hard. this will relieve some of the pressure on the last one. then take a 6 inch 3/8ths extension, and put it on the stud inside the lug nut, whack it with a hammer a couple of times to try to break the lock the rust has created. then try again with the lug key. make sure to be using a breaker bar and socket, not a cross lug wrench (this will ensure you are keeping a good angle on the key, and not gonna break it off as easy). use a big cheater bar to increase torque on it. good luck. next time, use some kind of spline drive lug, so it covers the stud, and use some anti seize when installing lugnuts. gorrilla makes some nice ones, but seriously, as long as they have anti seize, and the lugs are free of rust already, you always start the lug by hand to ensure no cross threading, and you torque properly; you'll be fine with topline or some other less expensive brand.
