Hey everyone I was fixing my exhaust today and noticed that there was the part that is basically rusted apart and want to replace it anyone know what it is? Its on the rear right side next to the mud flaps on a 2011 Nissan rogue.

I know the evap canister is around there.

Maybe its just the evap shell needing replacement?
