Rusted out rockers?

I have rusted out rocker panels on both sides of my 1995 s14. What should i do? I found replacement one, do i need to cut the old ones off or do they unbolt and the new ones bolt on?

You gotta cut out the old and weld in the new. rocker panels are not bolt on.
