it is rusted under the driver and pass finder will take a pic next time i am at the shop

my friends *unibody frame rail type thing* (? lol) was rusted out completely! he had one of our friends moms boyfriend weld it and its solid as a rock. just use the best stuff for the job and you should be good.

Is the rust on the fender* or on the unibody?Nomatter where you have rust you will have to cut it out and weld in new steel. there is no easy way around it, if you dont cut it out it will come back. as a rule of thumb you cut an extra inch further then you can see.Good luck
