You may be able to find the OEM brake lines still available but if you DIY, be sure to use the right tools for the job. A flare nut wrench is a must. Penetrating lube, like PB Blaster, and a propane torch will be needed as well. Even then, if this vehicle has not had regular bleeding of the brake lines, the bleed screws on the brake drum wheel cylinders may be rusted in so badly they can break off when trying to remove them to bleed the brakes. If that happens, the drum brake cylinders will need to be replaced as well. Aside from the booster and master cylinder having to be replaced, if they are defective as the dealership indicated, brake line plumbing repairs can escalate into additional repairs and component replacements. I've been there and done that. Be prepared if you DIY.
