Rust

ok well i have a 93 s13 on the frame there is a small rust hole under the passenger side door. is there anyway to fix. i would like to put a new engine and transmission in it but i don't want to waste money if the frame is just goign to collapse. any help is appreciated

This problem is common on the left sibe of the car where the exhaust passes close to the frame we have sucessfully made patterns from cardboard and had them cut out of 11 gauge steel with a plasma cutter for relatively short money and mig welded them in place. we boxed in all three sides but this was overkill and if you can weld it up yourself it's well worth it. your damage looks pretty isolated.good luck

thats not bad at all, will prolly cost under 200 to fix. jst look for undercarrige rust specialists
