sup all. i got a 90 fastback and the guy i bought it off of had fiberglassed the underneath and rear wheel wells so when i checked tha car out i didnt see much rust at all. well while drivin it over the months it has all chipped away and now i see how much rust i have. i have to replace tha floor boards as well as do both rear wheel wells. im planin on stripping tha car down instead and sending the unibody to a place that will fix the rust, and primer it and i would like to know if any one knows of any place that will do this, and if so if they could maybe get me the phone number. thx!!

also i plan on keepin the car (fell in love with it) and rebuilding the transmission and stickin with the ka24e, just rebuilding the ka and upgrading some stuff in it.

Well up where you are I dont know of any places but I do know how to fix rust holes and just little spots.

Well If you want to do it yourself heres how to do it.

Its probobly a good idea to get the car steam cleaned to see what you really have.Ok to save money do it yourself and then just take it in to get it painted. For the little things of rust just remove all the wax and paint around the rust about 1" out and then use a wire brush or sanding disk. Make sure you have a template to go off of to see how it should look like the other wheel wells etc.Remove any loose matal and any other metal that is badly affected by rust. Then hammer the edges of the hole inward to create a depression for the filler. Wire brush again. and then treat it with rust inhibiting paint. then go ahean and block the hole in some way so the filler can be secured. To fill just take bondo and follow the instructions and place it on mainly the back since it has the depression and a little on the front and use a piece of metal to help it hold its shape then let it harden. Do this for all the areas and its over. Its a piece of cake once you get the hang of it.

If you plan to do this it will save money I promise, then just get the car painted and its good as new.

Good luck either way you go.
