Rust Repair (orange county)

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend some shops for rust repair. I lived in upstate NY for about 6 years so my car has some rust I would like to get repaired.

I talked to one shop off Jamboree, can't remember their name. But they guesstimated about $5,000 (not having looked at the car) and said they probably wouldn't want to do the job anyway.

Also, I realize I should probably just dump the car and go find a new one, but I'd still like to see if I have any options and what they are for bringing my S14 back to life.

Yeah... so basically no one understands rust in this part of the country

Time to go take some welding classes.
