Rust on wheel assembly?

Hi folks. You all seem pretty knowledgeable so I think I've come to the right place.

I just bought my '06 G35x with 41K miles. Something I didn't notice at the time of purchase was the rust around all four wheel assemblies. The rotors were re-surfaced prior to sale, but there seems to be a buildup of rust on the wheel hubs.

Can anyone tell me if this normal in a 3 1/2 G35x? Is there anything I can do to address it?

Welcome to NICO!

Is it just on the hub? Can you take a picture? Usually the rotors get a rust film if the car sits.
