rust on frame... how to fix

Well saw something awesome tonight on ole rusty... lost the back muffler down 287 tonight ..that was cool... then I saw this...

How in the world do I fix this? ..its the frame behind the rear passenger wheel.

take it to a metal welder / fabricator...

Checkout the strut recall thread...one poster in NYC said he had a mechanic/welder/fab guy do it for him and said he did that to several pathys already...that doesnt look good

agreed ... I spent today looking stopping by local shops trying to get an idea of what I'm looking at for price wise... hoping for the best

good Info but unfortunatly this is in the rear the recall is for the front. And no Rochester is about 3 hrs north of me give or take on the speed i would do
