Okay so here's some pics and problems. But i had found this car for 700$ on craigslist with no brakes( just bleaded them & LR Caliper is frozen ) just runs with 150k + miles so i'm not really complaining but i would like to know if i'm better off selling it and saving up for another s13 & i have more lil problems but this might not be the perfect topic. So i hope these pics will help.

1st 3 pics or in the driver side front tire well mostly on the frame

Passanger side about 2 inches behind the door

I forgot where this is but if i'm right i beleive before the exhaust on the driver side fram & i also think this is the worse

Right before the lsd (idk what that part is called but i can replace that easy right? )

and that's all for now more pics upon request. & i wanted to know should i just do maintenence, coilovers, and sell or trade with cash on top for an tsi or gsx??

If your driving the car I would recommend spraying that rust with rust inhibitor. It will harden the rust and make it stop rusting atleast for now. You can buy the frame rails off the net if you really want to get into all that. I would recommend keeping this car you bought as a parts car and buying another one without rust. Strip whatever you think you can use off this and then slap it onto the other one. I don't like the idea of selling it to someone else unless you let them know about rust on the frame rails because it is unsafe. Another option is you could cut out the rust and weld some plates onto it if they are thick enough they will hold up atleast good enough to make it driveable.

Kay & thanks ( i'm not really familiar with body repair) but issn't there like under pieces that's after market that increase frame rigidity? even if i fixed the spots?

Looks like it will be very tough to fix, and if you will the frame might warp. I'd sell/use as a parts car.

Its very hard to find rust free 240 in NY. Every single one i looked at had some sort of rust. One day I just said f it and ended up going to South Carolina to get mine. It payed off and mine doesnt have a single rust spot on it.

Best of Luck to you in whatever you decide to do with it.
