Rust near the dent..what shoudl i do?

I have a small dent on my door and on the dent there are two 2in rust spots and since its winter and salt everywhere i want to do something about the rust? what should i do to cover it up? The best and least expansive ways b/c i know i wont be able to get that dent out soon anywaytnx.
