Rust free rotors?

We just mounted nice open spoke rims on our G37x sedan only to find that you can see the rust on the braking surfaces of the rotors (where the pads don't touch).
I saw that Autozone carries a Dura Gold rotor that has a coating on it, but these rotors aren't exactly top shelf...
Other makers like Zimmerman don't seem to cover the Infiniti and Stoptech carries rotors for it but I'm not sure that the rotor surface is rust protected... it seems that only the mounting area and fin area are coated...

Does anyone have any suggestions??? Did I miss something?

Typically a "rust free" 1-piece rotor is zinc coated all over. This coating obviously wears off the braking surface while you brake, but should remain on the rest of the rotor.
