Rust all over??

if my car has tiny tiny rust specks all over the body is that just surface rust that can be re painted or is the car done for??

no matter what kind of rust it is, it must be sanded off if you don't want it to spread. sand it til bare metal, use cleaner so you know it's clean, then use some primer on it to prevent rust from reforming.

ouch... tiny rust sopts all over are the worst...

Rust is like cancer. Its not stoppable until you take it out. and sooner you do that the better.
