Your leader of the Republican Party (Rush Leimbaugh) is predicting anal poisoning on British Prime Minister Gordon. Why? Is that necessary? This guy is out of control and hungry for attention. Even republicans are pissed and ashamed. This Rush guy is no help to anyone except himself. I’m convinced(sp) that this guy really hates himself and like my grandmother said........"Misery Loves Company" & Rush is the poster child for that expression.

"Wishing anal poisoning on Gordon Brown"

What?

What Rush said:

"If he keeps this up through the G20 Gordon Brown will come down with Anal Poisoning"

Does that sound like Rush is "wishing" the PM to get Anal poisoning?

You sir, fail.

Edit-

Some more thoughts about it. Your title totally fails. I vote you get back your old custom title, Cake.

Edit 2 -

Cake changed his original post once I called him out on it. It did originally say "Wishing anal poisoning on Gordon Brown".

I'm as cool as a cucumber.

You posted your post here so we could discuss it. Not "read it and move on".

So take your own advice next time and make your comments about the actually post and spare me of your mindless chatter.

"Some more thoughts about it. Your title totally fails. I vote you get back your old custom title, Cake" <-- mindless chatter :

No, not mindless chatter. Your title didn't depict the thread or the video in your thread. That's why it failed.

You can continue to play with yourself. I'm out.

Since when is Rush Limbaugh the leader of the Republican Party. Because I wasn't aware of this.

Why do the Democrats assume that he is the face of the Republican Party or that he is the leader. Now he does say some things quite true and I agree with him on multiple topics, he does have his moments where he is way out there. This is not one. I don't understand how you though that Rush was "wishing" the PM to get anal poisoning.

There are a lot more people in the US.

For what it's worth, 13.5 million people is roughly 10% of the voting public. That's a voting block!

It was no match for Obama's "Hope, Change, and free government cheese" audience, though.

This thread makes 0 sense.

Like it or not, Rush Limbaugh is currently the most VISIBLE conservative nationwide. This doesn't necessarily make him the leader or the appointed "face" of the party, but he's pretty safely it's highest-profile member at present, and that is undeniably worth something on it's own.

He CAN impact the perception that the bulk of the American people have of the GOP by his words and actions.

It is up to each individual to decide whether or not they think that's a positive or a negative for the GOP. Some would argue that he serves as a common rallying point, and I would argue that he further alienates much-needed independents and socially moderate conservatives.

Well... I think alot of people see him as the so called "voice" for the republican which translates into the leader. Its not just dems who think like this. There are some repubs who will go through the fire for this man if he ever ran for office. I think the guy is retarded most of the time, but even retards are able to make a few good points from time time.

Oh... and I think my new word is "predicting anal poisioning" & not "wishing anal poisioning". Thank dusred for picking that one out .

Really, the only people I ever hear calling Rush the Leader of the GOP is Democrats. Honestly, I don't believe I've ever heard a Republican call Rush Limbaugh the leader of the GOP.

Just because people listen to him, does not mean that he is the face nor leader of the party. Granted he does have a little pull when it comes to Republicans, but by no means is he the face nor leader of the GOP.

Rush Limbaugh is as much the leader of the Republicans as Howard Stern is the leader of the Democrats.

With all the attention that you all are pouring on Rush Limbaugh, you would have thought that he won the 2008 Presidential Elections and not Barack Obama. Awe, what's wrong guys? Don't have GW Bush to kick around now, that you have to come up with a straw man in order to continue the Bush Derangement Syndrome and ‘defeat’ conservatism?

This guy (Rush) creates attention for himself.... from calling women fat, wishing the president fails, forecasting anal poisoning on world leaders, etc...... He is asking for attention. His show/network depends on his ignorance. His show would be a let down to all wing nuts without his hatred. I don’t think anyone is giving him any real attention, but it’s more like people calling him out for being ignorant and a hater.

I prefer to not listen to his show. Good or bad attention still helps his ratings.
