Ok so hears the problem, I just finished replacing all the gaskets and seals on my intake, got it out last night ran great till it started getting warm then it started to run real rough. It'll idle between 1000 and 200 and act like it wants to die its fine when you going but not sitting at stoplights or just parked. A little help would be great thanks.

Check all your vacuum hoses and sensors.

There aren't any vacuum leaks that i can find, i've eliminated most of the vacuum system and the EGR is also gone any more advice?

same exact thing just happened to me, the only vacuum hoses i didnt change were the once that go from the pcv pipe to the intake runners (that pipe that mounts to the upper intake) try hooking up some butane or propane or something of that nature to a small tube, and see if when you put the tube near those if it starts to rev a littler higher.

You might want to try something a little less explosive. Some people use carb cleaner and others use starting fluid (spray). The point is to use something that will burn and alter the RPM when sucked into the intake through a leaky vacum line.

I would hate to see what a leaking plug wire would do with an engine bay full of propane.

lol, you dont crank it up all the way, you just barely turn it on, it works fine if you do it right and dont do something stupid like test your spark plug for a vacuum leak. I personally like this method more than carb cleaner because the carb cleaner can run down and get sucked in somewhere else since its a liquid.

There are no vacuum leaks. Like i said it only acts up when it gets warm not when i first start it up.
