Running with no intercooler

Hello everyone. I just dropped in my rb20 and already mounted my fmic. I also have a mandrel bend shop about 10 minutes from here thats going to do my piping. My question is, can I just temporarily bridge the turbo to the throttle body and drive it over there or is this a big nono. I wouldn't boost at all, just ease the throttle all the way to the shop. What do you guys think?
