running wideband sesor to ecu

i am getting tired of messing with my single wire 02 sensor and i was curious if anyone has used their wideband 02 sensor for the primary . i run the plx m300 and it has the extra wires that will run with aem ems but i am not sure if it will work or not with my sohc ecu or which wire to run . i could check with a voltmeter but i rather have a second opinion before i put the car back together here in the next few days. if it works i would assume the car will run smoother at colder temps since its a heated sensor.
