Nistech, After I installed my new injectors Im running even more rich than I was before. my coolant temp sensor has been replaced, but the connector to it is busted but still connects to the sensor itself. Its running so rich that when i stick my hand behind my muffler black spots of exhaust/carbon build up on it. I'm pretty sure its a bad connection between the sensor and the connector. What else could it possibly be? I havent replaced the connector yet, but I plan on going to my nissan dealer to pick one up tomorrow. Also, Im going to clean the IACV and AAC. Im hoping one of them will clear up my bad idle. I would like some suggestions here

make sure your fuel pressure regulator is hooked up, do a leak down on the fuel system to make sure one or more of your injectors isnt leaking into the cyl. also make sure you have a good ground circuit on your MAF [no more then.02v drop to ground] make sure the coolant temp connection is clean [no corrosion]

Im going to get a new connector for my coolant temp sensor today. Ill check over all the vacuum lines on the fpr. I shouldnt have an injector leak into a cyl since I just replaced them, but its possible. If I cant figure this out soon Im gonna have to take it in to the nissan dealer

I checked the ecu codes, came out to 55-no malfunction. All the hoses are hooked up to the fpr

I plugged up the big vaccuum line after the throttle body that connects to the charcoal canister and my idle has cleaned up considerably.

I don't know if this is the case with your car or not, but when I replaced an injector, I had the same problem. I replaced the O2 sensor and it went away. I had a misfire due to the bad injector for a while, so maybe that fouled it out. I'm not really sure, but the O2 sensor did the trick for my car.

I just replaced mine not too long ago. I guess I could replace it again as they are only like 17 bux.
