Running fine and just shut down. Will turn over but won't fire. Checked Distributor and all is good. Pulled Valve cover and upper timing chain cover. Chains appear to be tight and good. No pieces in oil pan. Any Ideas?

Is the fuel pump running? Any other things not working? This sounds to me like an electrical problem, perhaps an ignition relay, the ignition switch, a fusible link or a fuse. The recent bad weather is just right for electrical/water problems.

Are you getting spark?

Are you getting gas?

Are you getting Air?

Clogged exhaust?

"Will turn over but won't fire"
We know there is no spark, but still need to ask the Air, Fuel and sensor questions.

We know there is no spark, .
If there is no spark you need to troubleshoot as to why.

Start troubleshooting here

See page EL 24

BTW your theft warning system can prevent the vehicle from stating along with a blown fuse.

Get yourself a voltmeter and do some testing

Good luck
