Running rough (HELP)

KA24DE. Replaced Plugs/wires/cap/rotor. It idles smooth, but has a random pop noise coming from the exhaust and wont rev past 4.8k but when I take it out on the street and try to WOT it just bogs and doesnt really go anywhere.

Help!

Make sure your catalytic converter is not half clogged up.

This problem began only after you did the tuneup?

Recheck everything, especially make sure that your plug wires are seated firmly. What plugs did you use? Number?Sounds like unburned fuel could be getting ignited by your hot catalytic converter and popping.
