running rich wont idle

i just rebuilt my ka24e 89 model, 30 over new everything, starts up but runs real ruff, can hold throttle on about 2000 rpm and smooths out, but it burns your eyes out from running so rich and it acts like its got a bigger cam in it but the ecm hasnt been upgraded not sure about cam size thats the only thing thats not been changed, any suggestions

Check your timing chain timing and CAS timing.

weve tracked it down to be the tps sensor now all i got to do track one of those down they hard to find
