the car runs good does not bog at all just seems idles at 700rpmnever stalls, exhast is blackpulled the plugs and they look good no massive build up of black smoke. the fuel pressure gauges reads 40psi at idle that's like 2.758bar, could it be the o2 sensor.

The O2 sensor on S13 KA engines isn't used for engine management at idle. I would check the coolant temp sensor and also the fuel pressure should be 34psi with the line connected at idle so that may be your problem right there.

coolant temp sensor ? if you don't mind me asking what does that have to do with fuel, the car does not over heat and it always stays under half way.

and i have a another question on my na car it takes like 15mins for the damn heater to heat up, on my turbo car it takes less than 2 mins what's the deal with that?,
