Running rich?

ok, the tps is at 1.03ohms close and at full throttle its 8.67ohms or so. its not within spec, but its not horribly bad. I cleaned up a couple grounds today and that didn't help. I ended up pulling the plugs to find that they are all clean, they look almost perfect, yet i stil have a lot of soot in the exhaust. maybe its just normal and this whole thing is just in my head then?

The only way to know for sure is to get it dyno and/or dyno tuned.

Or pony up and buy a wideband already.
