So my s13 is running really rich right now, to the the point that it's barely driveable and I've been trying to figure out what it could be. I have recently replaced spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coolant temp sensor and my 02 sensor. I was messing with it today and for the hell of it took out my o2 sensor. When I did that, the car ran great, it wasn't bogging or smoking anymore. The only downside was it would stall out if I didnt keep on the gas. Does anyone have any insight to this? Thanks in advance.

dont sound like you have a problem with the o2 sensor, what if your maf is bad or you have high resistance at the coolant temp sensor WIRES. this might tell you when you pull out the o2sensor it ran a better, because the ecu cant tell what it should do. if it cant read your air/fuel mix, then the vehicle will just run for a while because nothing to tell it to stop. but if you pull out the plug after running it for a bit am sure it will be wet. i would put everything back and start the car if it dont start. pull out the spark plug and see if it is wet. if it is you getting too much fuel. and if it start snap the throttle see if it stall. if it dose then maybe maf. just for kick what is your fuel pressure?vacuum to the fuel regulator should be at about 36psi and with no vacuum to regulator should be at 43psi.

the o2 sensor doesnt do anything during idle. unplug the o2 sensor wire to make sure it is not the o2 sensor.

there is a factory test( off the top of my head id have to say mode 2, not 100% tho) to see if your computer is in fuel control/to see of your o2 is switchiing. look in the fsm and run this test. if it works its obiosly not the o2. the only way the o2 would be boing this is if your new o2 was seriously f'd when bought, or if your o2 sensor signal wire has become grounded. do you have a CEL on?
