running rich, no leaks, low vac, no leaks

Hey all, my car is still running better, but its making almost a machine gun sound at boost, the AFR gauge is pinning itself at rich. im only pulling 12-14 InHg, at idle and about 20 when i have a load on the engine and 0% throttle.

i am 1000000000% that i have NO vacuum leaks. but the other thing is, i have a tonne of pedal for my brakes... and i can not lock them up for trying, its almost like they arent getting enough vac.

this is one of the last things until i can say my car runs perfect... HELP! haha
