Running on 3 Cylinders

Motor is a S13 SR20DET

We swapped the motor out from one shell to another. Made no changes, and now the motor is running on 3 cylinders.
We've done about everything we can to test to see what is the problem and still can't find anything.

-It seems as its not getting fuel, however we swapped out injectors and still the same thing.
-We've check the injector wires with an AMP meter, numbers are good.
-Hooked up the injector to a battery, which the injector does click. Showing that it is in working condition.
-Checked spark plugs, spark plug wires, it is getting spark.
-Took off the fuel rail to check if anything was clogged, nothing was clogged.

However when looking down into the cylinder when the sparkplug was out, it does look dirty compared to the other ones.
I have not checked compression. I don't see a reason for the cylinder to have ZERO compression. I can understand if it were at least low or very low.

Any ideas? Im all out of them.
