This is FWD SR.

To answer your question: Possible? Yes. Stupid? Definitely. You'll have one Hell of a hot turbo that way.

Most Garrett turbos use an oil restrictor (I want to say -3an), but double check that in the RWD SR section.

You can run it without water, but your turbo life will shorten dramatically.

Why would you want to run it with out the lines?

If the turbo has them, use them.

Thats just stupid, this shouldn't even be a question, they put the coolant ports for a reason.

put them on, and make sure your water pump, radiator, and fan are working hard to keep your whole motor and turbo, very cool.

I'm running a HKS GT2530 and while I do have the ports to run water lines to the turbo, I'm not using them. I'm not telling you to not run water lines to them, but I've been fine dd my car. I just make sure to have my turbo timer run a few minutes, so I don't have no oil coking up in the oil lines.
