running like crap under load

well I was driving my car the other day, drives fine for daily driving, but when I really start putting a load on it (full boost, higher RPM) my car stutters....Havent got around to checking anything yet but just want to know if Im missing anything to check

fuel filter, if you didn't change it when you did the swap.

doublecheck for a boost leak, check your timing and spark plugs

check the continuity on your coil packs, it may not be delivering a the full voltage to the spark plugs

ok, well maybe this will narrow the problem, I was driving home from work tonight and the car ran fine under boost, then another time going to dinner, it started doing it again???
