running lights will not shut off

my running lights wont shut off and the headlights will not go down but everything else works fine please help

id check your combo switch in the column. probably have a short to power in the switch.

It might not be a short either. There a a couple of plastic sliders in that switch if you start taking things apart. (It's tricky.) One of the sliders pushes the running light contact apart, there could be a problem there.
