Running lights not working please help

Here is my problem. I did an Rb swap and now my running lights wont work. I don't know if they worked before I did the swap though.

When I push my brakes the rear lights come one including center light. my blinkers work and my hazards work. but when I put my headlights on the gague cluster lights dont come one neither do my rear running lights. the funning thing is if I have my headlights on and put on my blinker or hazard lights the rear running light and gauge lights light up with in sink with blinker and go out in sync also.

Someone please Help. Can't drive at night
