Running lights-dash lights-hvac not turning on blowing fuses

Ok so non of them turn on. all fuses are fine except for the one that said tail lights. idk why it keep blowing them have no clue stumped keeps blowing out 15 brake lamp fuse

My favorite lol. My buddies car did the same thing after he spun out at our drift spot. Take off your driver side kick panel and there is a little white box, take it off the bracket, get a flat head pop it open and see if the circuit board is ok. Try swapping it out with a new one. Hopefully I helped you out.
