running lights/blinkers not working

I have a 91 240sx and I cant figure out why my running lights/blinkers dont work. I checked the bulbs and fuse by driverside floor and they are fine. Also, my rear blinkers work. Are there any other fuses or relays I need to check?

are all the plugs good? checking wiring as well. there's some relay/fuses for headlights in the fuse boxes by the engine. gotta look though.

The wiring diagrams in the factory service manual are good. They are located in the untimate sticky. If you cannot find them let me know and I will help you.

My plugs are kinda iffy so I think I'm just going to cut them off and just connect the wires individually. Thanks

mkae sure you solder, not cut, twist and tape.
