Running light fuse prob!!!!

ok 2 nights ago i went to start my car and when i put the headlights on, my dash backlights werent working as well as my climate control backlights...later that night my friend told me that my running lights were out..now i can deal with the dash backlights being out but the running lights i need to drive at night, so anyone ever had this prob and have any fixes or ideas of what it could be? i tried replacing the fuse for the rear lamps but still nothing and the new fuse blew as soon as i flipped my lights on .HELP

....nevermind, it was a grouding problem behind my radio
