running lean and not running very well

Car: Drifting ruined my life since 03' 240sx CA18DET

about a week ago my car started sounding like it had some heavy duty cams in it or a 12a rotary. also while im driving and i come to a stop it randomly jumps up to 2000-2400rpms and just stays there. so i tested and replaced the TPS because it was .10volts off and i had a spare but that changed nothing. so then i thought for sure it was the MAF so i cleaned it and that changed nothing, then i replaced it with a buddys, still nothing.I got ahold of a AEM wideband and tested my car at idle with the safc2 set at lowest throttle adding 16% more fuel then i should and the gauge reading was off the charts lean so i turned her up to 50% added fuel and she just barly was on the gauge reading lean, but sounded smooth and much better(also raised my idle to about 1500). when im driving i was stoich.i have a new walbro 255, new z32 fuel filter,stock injectors,stock FPR, t25 from a sr20 ka24e MAF

idk what to do for diag. im thinking i could have a bad fuel pump, cause it is a bit loud and i here it drop when i come to a stop. what can i check guys?

Voltage to your pump is possibly too low and the stock fpr is more than likely done. Check your grounds and definitely change your FPR.

im fuel pressure is where the manual sayes it should be, spark plugs are tiny bit whiteish, on boost im stoich 11.5, coolant temp sensor was unplugged and bypassed with resistors, and now i cant get it to idle lower then 1500-2000rpms even at that rpm im still lean 16.8. i swapped maf and tps but nothing is helping. im stumped

dude i had gotten the wrong ecu and wiring so i got the right one yesterday and its running i put it in last night but it was too dark and today one wire and boom its running like a charm thank for that part man i owe you alot for it good looking out . you should scome back down here sometime again man just hit me up
