Generally, it's not a great idea to go too much bigger in overall diameter.
However, your current OD is 32.9" and the 33x12.50 is 32.5" (well within the acceptable variation).
So, that won't be a larger tire (height-wise) but the REAL problem you'll run into is rim width.
Your current tires call for a 8.5" wide rim, and the 33x12.50 calls for a 12.5" rim width. Obviously, these are suggestions, but that's a 4" width difference, so unless you have aftermarket wheels and a body lift, the "truck tires" are going to pose a problem (if you can even find a shop to mount them).
