i managed to shoe horn a ca18det in to my 67 1/2 datsun roadster the problem i am having is it idles perfect but when you rev it up it pulses from around 2000 rpm to 1800 rpm like a steady beat aprox 75 beats per min .
this is what i have tried so far
tried 3 different maf's
tried 2 different ecu's
tried a different throttle sensor
checked all wiring
checked fuel pessure
checked for vacume leakes
checked turbo piping for leaks
all with no changes to the running of the motor
i managed to get it down to the stock injectors i hooked up my timming light to one of the injectors and realized that for some reason the injectors are cutting out could this be my dropping resistor? i had already tried changing out the ecu with no change
