Ok so I replace the headgasket, and re-install the cams as per jim wolf...bought a new distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs,o2 sensor, and it still hesitates when giving gas or sudden press of the gas..but after that it runs fine..so still guessing i'm off a toothon the distriutor or cams are off too...

My timing is at 20 stock, and use a timing light to adjust...but i use this to do it or adjust it.. http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=161707But is if set it like it shows there it won't turn on, i have to move the distributer a tooth or two over then it turns on...and this is the way i have my cams setup,,did the jimwolf setup or i think i did..could need an actule pic of someone that has it to so i can match mine or just move another tooth over..

Looking at the data scan you posted, your tps voltage is too low. It should be .4v-.5v. So the computer isn't recognizing the throttle tip in like it should and that is going to cause your stumble (at least so I think).

Edit: .45v-.55v

just adjust it, loosen the bolts that hold it down and turn it until you get a reading of about .5v and you should be all set.
