you know if you have a s14 and drift that in your left side fender well, you know your tire is rubbing wires causing all sorts of issues. well im tired of just recovering bare wires, any creative ideas? i was thinking of extending every wire, and pulling the harness further away.

Unplug them from the relay box/fuse box and run them through the hole into the engine bay...

do i need to extend the wires or anything?

the damage i had repaired was really bad. i replaced about 20 wire sections. 7 were completely disconnected.

yeaa, seriously do one at a time, try not ot extend them but deff relocate them and proporly replace any damaged wire with fresh wire. they prolly started to corrode.

steve my whole SR swap started bc i ate thru them forever ago and for some reason the car wasnt the same after i repaired it.

as of right now, the harness is just ziptied up and all the wire sections i replaced were soldered in. the connections are protected with heat shrink. so i think i did a pretty solid job. im gonna try to find that plug so i can relocate the harness, maybe look at it again more closely.
