I'm just taking a shot in the dark here.

anyone know what those rubber door insert protectors are called (for our cars specifically)? You know, they are used to protect the doors from being scratched when opened? it goes on the edge of the door?

my garage is rather small, and there is a cinder block wall next to my car, and I cringe each time I open the door and hit the wall.

I can't imagine these things cost anymore than a few dollars.

thanks!

I thought I saw some on new G37's at the dealership. Looks like clear 3M ??THis dealership sends their G37's out to get tint put on, probably where this gets applied too.

What about something like this instead. I had one of these at my other house. Worked great.

I started tabbing through the "Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought", and not too far down the line was the diaper genie refills.

anyhow, I could get one of those, but I occasionaly run into the issue when folks park too close to me.

I don't think those clear or black inserts look all that bad....

The door edges do chip easy. I need to touch up a place on mine.

I just used some sticky-back foam (great for fixing rattles!) on my garage wall.

Get some black silicone vacuum hose and split down the center.

Anything you put on the car will ruin the clean look...These doors aren't as bad as my last car. I had a late model Firebird...those doors are HUGE!
