rt turn pwr assist noise

I have a 2008 M35 purchased in March. When making slow rt turns @1000 rpm or less, there is a moan/rubbing/grunt from the front right. The dealership finally confirmed after speaking with Infiniti that the noise is the pwr assist bringing the steering back to center and is a normal noise. it does not do it on left turns. Also does it in reverse to the right but not left.

Any others have this problem? If it is normal, I would think all M35s would make the same noise.

Also, any suggestions on how to stop the sunroof bellows from vibrating?

I've never heard the noise on my 08 M35....I don't think it's normal, although it may not be harmful.
