I have a choise between either RS*R Heavy duty race springs or Tein type-s, i was wondering which one would have the handeling advantage. i really dont care how rigid the ride will be.

Well, the RS*R Race springs are 5kg/f and 4.2kg/r and the Tein S-Techs are 3.8kg/f and 3.5kg/r, so it would seem that the RS*R's would have an advantage over handling. Also, they both lower the car about the same (around 1.4"-F and 1.0"-R)

RS*R but make sure to back up the springs with some good shocks/struts.

yeah, RS*R will have the better transitional stability(slalom) but you'll need a really nice damper to go with it, the AGX may or may not hold up...if it does, you'd have to have it set pretty stiff to cope with that spring rate.-chet

so your saying the KYB AGX wont hold up with the RS*R?? they were gonna be my choise, so what other struts would do the job?

Well, what about the GAB shocks? Haven't used 'em, but would like to now if they could work with the RS*R's larger spring rate...

GAB would be a better choice due to their purposely built-in short stroke.

Now which GAB shocks do you guys think would be best?-Super HP (adj) - $429/f and $295/r-Gymkhana (adj rear only) - $328/f and $295/r-Super R (adj) - $447/f and $375/r-Super Stroke - $500/f (<--- ) and $313/r

I'm not all that familiar with the GAB shocks, so info would help. Also, I just searched really quick and found these prices off CyberAuto...
